My name is Joe Winner (Sr.). I am the facilitator and host at
HONEYBEES Better Dining ANTIQUE & OLDER CARSHOW, held April
through October, in Hopewell Va. (Located just off of I-295
Hopewell exit ramp on Route 36. Every FRIDAY nite (weather
permitting).
HONEYBEES sponsors this ANTIQUE & OLDER CARSHOW which brings in an
"average" of 77 "Great Looking" restored vehicles each event.
We ALWAYS have a great time! The most cars that I have had at the
CARSHOW has totalled 127 during the mid-summer Friday nite event.
YES, a LARGE time. HONEYBEES CARSHOW events are FREE, FREE, FREE
to all (bring them kiddies) and open to the public. CARSHOW
participants (the owner of a participating car) is given a ticket
upon entry which entitles that person to be included in a drawing
of prize(s) up for the nite. The drawing is done around 9pm and
the car MUST be on the lot at the time of the drawing.
Music is provided for the event regularly by CENTRAL VIRGINIA
CARSHOW ENTERTAINMENT PRODUCTIONS (thats me too). As I said
before, We "ALWAYS" have a GREAT TIME. I play all the great car
tunes & oldies! SO...Stop by sometime when the weather is right.
There are plenty of motels in our area & the dining atmosphere at
HONEYSBEES is "hometown". Breakfast is served any old time & the
SPECIALS.. well, ya gotta check'm out to see watcha been missin'!

I have had cars showing up @ the ANTIQUE & OLDER CARSHOW event
from Pennsylvania down to Florida and westcomers from Kentucky.
HOPEWELL is a Historical town! Hopewell is situated 27 miles
south of Richmond, Virginia (our capitol) & 35 miles west of
Historical Williamsburg Virgina.
Plenty to do and lots to see around the area. Historical
Petersburg & Petersburg Battlefield Park, Fort Lee Museums,
Dinwidde Race track,& our neighboring county of Prince George is
growing in popularity by leaps and bounds. Good camping facilites
there. SHUCKS, an EXCELLENT VACATIONING SPOT!!!
